  • HOW DO YOU APPROACH A WEDDING DAY?

I work in a calm and unobtrusive way, allowing the day to unfold naturally.

Most couples tell me they feel quite relaxed in front of the camera, as the focus is never on performing or being directed. Instead, I pay attention to what is already happening and capture it as it unfolds.

I will gently guide things where needed, but for the most part, I want you to feel comfortable, present, and able to be yourselves.

  • HOW LONG DO YOU STAY ON THE DAY?

Full day coverage typically begins around two hours before the ceremony and continues through to the dance floor, usually finishing around 10pm. If there are unique plans in the morning, I can arrive earlier where needed.

If you would like coverage to continue later into the evening, extended coverage until 1am can be added. I always allow a little flexibility on the day, but having a clear structure in place helps everything flow well.

  • HAVE YOU PHOTOGRAPHED OUR VENUE BEFORE?

Sometimes, but not always. I enjoy working in new places, as it allows me to approach everything with fresh eyes, paying close attention to the light and surroundings.

If I haven’t photographed at your venue before and it is local, I will often visit in advance.

Rather than relying on familiar spots, I respond to what is in front of me, which often leads to something more natural and considered.

  • DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE A SHOT LIST?

A full shot list is not necessary.

I approach the day by observing what is naturally happening rather than working through a checklist, as this allows space for more honest, unplanned moments.

That said, if there are a few details or moments that feel particularly important to you, I am always happy to know. This might be something specific you have chosen, or a small detail that carries meaning.

For family photographs, I do ask for a short list of the key groupings in advance. Keeping this simple allows everything to move smoothly while still making sure the people who matter most are included.

Ahead of the wedding, I will gather these details through a short questionnaire so everything feels clear and considered going into the day.

  • HOW DO WE BOOK?

A signed agreement and a booking fee of €800 secures your date.

From there, everything is kept simple and considered in the lead up to your wedding.

  • WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Your full gallery is typically delivered within 8 to 12 weeks. During particularly busy times of year, this can extend to around 16 weeks.

If you need your images sooner, a priority edit can be arranged.

  • HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

Every wedding is different, but you can expect a carefully edited collection that reflects the full story of your day. The focus is always on meaning and quality rather than quantity.

  • WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

I am based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, and photograph weddings across Ireland, Europe, and destination locations. Travel is kept simple and tailored depending on your plans.

  • HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PHOTOGRAPHING WEDDINGS?

I photographed my first wedding in 2012 and have been working professionally in photography ever since. Alongside weddings, I have worked across events, portraiture, and commercial projects, as well as spending time working full-time as a photographer in Canada. That broader experience continues to shape how I approach weddings now.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND?

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend, I will arrange a trusted photographer of a similar standard to step in.

Your coverage and booking would remain unaffected.

If this feels like the right fit, I would love to hear more about your plans.
